A hyper strike is a super-charged move that a player can use to score two goals in one. This move is the way to be a guaranteed winner of the match. Or, if you’re losing then it’s a great equalizer that allows you to get the advantage in the game. But how do you use the hyper strike? And if you’re in the opposition, then how do you block this super move? To answer these questions, here is your guide on how to use the hyper strike as well as block it in Mario Strikers Battle League.
How to Get a Mario Strikers Battle League Hyper Strike Move, And Block it
Here is how you can get and block the hyper strike move in MSBL.
How to Get the Hyper Strike Move
To get and use the hyper strike, simply follow these steps:
- Collect a Strike Orb when it appears on the field
- Within 20 seconds, you will have to set it off
- Select the character that you want to use the orb on
- Now, hold A when you’re on the opposition’s side of the pitch
Once you set the orb off, you will need to stop the needle in the blue area of the field twice. This will help increase your chance of scoring a goal. Or else, staying in the black area leads to a low chance of scoring a goal.
That’s all there is to getting and using the hyper strike to score a goal in Mario Strikers Battle League.
How to Block Hyper Strikes
Even though this is a pretty powerful move on the field, it doesn’t mean that it is invincible. You can always try to beat the hyper strike by stealing the ball before they come at you with the full force of the move.
Tackle your opponent by using the B button and try to stay as close to the one with the ball to intimidate them. For this play, using characters like Bowser and Donkey Kong is best. However, any of your other squad members will also do.
If you don’t manage to stop the hyper strike, you can always repeatedly press A to fill up the arrow as soon as it appears.
