  1. Silver Fang – Silver Fang is available from the very beginning of the game.
  2. Pajama Saitama – Pajama Saitama is available from the very beginning of the game.
  3. Player Character – Player Character is available from the very beginning of the game.
  4. Crablante – Crablante available from the very beginning of the game.
  5. Tank-top Tiger – Tank-top Tiger is available from the very beginning of the game.
  6. Tank TopTank Top Master is available from the very beginning of the game.
  7. Tank-top Black Hole – Tank-top Black Hole is available from the very beginning of the game.
  8. Saitama – If you want to unlock the titular character you will have to progress in the main storyline until you encounter him after his fight against Vaccine Man.
  9. Genos – The same goes for Saitama’s sidekick, you will only be able to unlock him after you encounter him in the main storyline after Saitama defeats Mosquito Girl.
  10. Metal Bat – You will have to progress in the storyline until the point where Metal Bat saves you from a gang of hoodlums.
  11. Mumen Rider – For Mumen Rider, you will have to come across the point where you will need the assistance from another hero to save civilians.
  12. Speed-o’-Sonic – You will need to reach the point in the main storyline where you have to hunt down the mysterious person attacking heroes.
  13. Vaccine Man – You will need to the point where Saitama defeats Vaccine Man in the main storyline to unlock Vaccine Man.
  14. Mosquito Girl – You will need to progress in the main storyline to the point where Saitama defeats Mosquito Girl to unlock her.
  15. Child Emperor – You will need to speak to the Child Emperor at the Hero Association HQ, he can be unlocked in the Deep Sea King story arc where you have to go to the Hero Association HQ.
  16. Carnage Kabuto – You can unlock Carnage Kabuto only after he is defeated by Saitama in the storyline about the House of Evolution.
  17. Boros – Boro can be unlocked after Saitama defeats him in the main storyline.
  18. Melzargard – To unlock Melzargard you will have to wait until he is defeated in the Boros story arc, just before you are about to go up on Boros’ ship.
