How To Save Your Game In Battletoads 2020

Published Date :

Battletoads 2020 has launched and old as well as new fans are eager to play it. This side-scrolling beat ’em up game has a co-op multiplayer aspect and a total of three players can play together and beat enemies. While playing, though, you need to know how to save your game to ensure that your efforts are not lost. Especially when you are playing on the highest difficulty, this is very crucial. In this guide, we will explain how to save your game in Battletoads 2020.

Can you Manually Save your Game in Battletoads 2020?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you cannot manually save your game in Battletoads. All you have to rely on is the auto-save feature, but don’t worry, it does its job well. You just need to remember to not quit before you see the auto-save icon on the screen.

On important milestones like checkpoints or the completion of a level, the auto-save icon will appear on the screen, at the bottom right area. Keep an eye out for that because that’s the only way you can ensure that your progress is saved. When you see it, go ahead and keep playing without worrying.

Once you see the icon, you can exit the game if you want and begin again from that checkpoint. A manual save option would have been better but the autosave icon (it looks like a target) will do the trick.

That’s all the information about how to save your game in Battletoads 2020. Be sure to read our other guide on how long does it take to beat Battletoads. Depending on your experience, difficulty settings and skill level, we have mentioned the time taken to complete it in the linked guide. Go ahead and play as Pimple, Rash or Zitz and unleash all the chaos! This reboot of the original 1991 NES game is bound to bring back lots of memories for players while also introducing a whole new generation to the toads.
