Combining this will give you a consumable that restores health, so focus on crafting High Potency Mixture and set it them on a quick access key. For example, on PS4 you can place it on one of the D-pad buttons. Another way to restore full health is by using First Aid Spray. It is also found in various locations, a white bottle that restores Jill’s health completely. No need to pick herbs and craft potency mixture.
Where exactly is Jill’s health meter? It is not displayed on the screen. When Jill is attacked you will see, she is unable to move fast. She is walking like an injured person. Go to the inventory and look on the left side, if Jill’s health is 100% you will see Fine. If she is about to die then you will see Caution. This is the time you have to consume the herbs. From inventory choose the herb and from the right menu select Use.
