Keeping good health is quite necessary in real life and the virtual world, Sims 4 is probably the only game which comes closest to depicting real life and you can alter things the way you want them to be.

Hitting the gym can be daunting but luckily for your sim, it can be a piece of cake, this guide will show you how to go to the gym in Sims 4.

How to Go to the Gym in Sims 4

There are tons of places that you can send your Sims to in Sims 4, as the game comes closer to real life you will see that your sim has tons of options to follow and hobbies to follow.

Going to the gym in one such activity which will make sure that your sim is in good shape and maintains its own health. You can go to the gym by traveling to the different sections of the World where they can be found.

To go to the gym, all you need to do is select the phone icon as the Sim that you want to send to the Gym. After this, a phone menu will open up and from there you can choose to go to the World menu and visit different locations.

Select the car icon by pressing R1 on PS4 and RB on the Xbox One console, after that, you will need to press down on the D-Pad to cycle down to the Option.

Here you can select other Sims you would like to take with you, this is fun but not entirely necessary.

After you confirm where you want to go, you will be taken to the World menu, here you can select which area you would like to go to which include the Gym which will be marked with a dumbbell icon.

Simply select the icon and then confirm to make sure that you Sim goes there, you can make you Sim work out a sweat and when you think that you Sim has had enough you can send it back home.
