Violet Corn in Grow a Garden is a legendary, limited-time, multi-harvest crop introduced on June 14, 2025. While it’s a must-have due to its rarity, it provides good value upon selling as well. Here’s everything you need to know about this crop.
How to Get Violet Corn in Grow a Garden
The Violet Corn is a purple corn with a gradient, making it stand out from its normal counterpart. Unlike the base version, the seeds cannot be obtained from the Seed Shop—they are exclusively obtained during crafting events by:
- Combining a Flower Seed Pack with 10 honey to craft a Crafters Seed Pack, which drops Violet Corn with a 20% chance.
- You can get a Flower seed pack by exchanging Honey; simply visit the Queen bee’s shop and check if the pack is in stock. Once obtained, make sure to not open the pack because you need it for crafting.
- Visit the Bear’s crafting station and choose the crafting recipe of the Crafters Seed Pack. Complete it by providing x1 Flower Seed Pack and x10 Honey. After the waiting period is over, open it up and if you’re lucky, you might just receive Violet Corn.
- You can get a Flower seed pack by exchanging Honey; simply visit the Queen bee’s shop and check if the pack is in stock. Once obtained, make sure to not open the pack because you need it for crafting.
- The Exotic Crafters Seed Pack, available during Bizzy Bee Event Week 3, also offers a 20% chance.
Is it Worth it?
Apart from being a Multi-Harvest crop, which keeps giving you produce, its minimum value is ~45,000 Sheckles, which is good. If you keep the fruit on the plant and let sprinklers, sprays, and weather mutations work their magic, the value will increase a lot.
All in all, it’s worth grinding for the Violet Corn in Grow a Garden. While its base sale value is pretty basic, with consistent harvests and special mutations, it can turn it into a dependable money-maker. Plus, it’s a limited crop that you just might want to have in your garden!
