Tidefall is an underwater location in Fisch that can be accessed via a spot in the Ocean called the Underwater Opening. If you’ve tried looking for it but drowned along the way, here’s everything you need to do before you start the dive.
How to Reach Tidefall in Fisch
From wherever you are in Fisch right now, get on a boat and head towards the Ancient Isle. Right next to it, you will see the marker for Tidefall.
Once you reach the location, you’ll see a bunch of boats and a discovery of the Underwater Opening. Don’t jump in just yet because it will lead to drowning. Talk to the Deep Divers you see there and you will start the Lost Diver quest.
To rescue the lost diver, equip your Advanced Diving gear, Tidebreaker and Super Flippers. Anything less will lead to death because you will see a pressure bar alongwith the oxygen bar and that will deplete fast as you go further underwater.
As soon as you see a Sunken submarine, look for the lost diver on a nearby rock, press and hold the E button (PC) to rescue him and bring him back to safety. Go to the boat with two Diver NPCs and press and hold E to Deliver him. You will then receive the Abyssal Tonic reward which allows you to be temporarily immune from Pressure to get into Tidefall in Fisch. Now dive back in and go further ahead to finally get into the brand new location.
