How to Get Saviour Schnapps in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
First, you need the recipe which can be obtained from Pavlena during the story. Then, you can craft Saviour Schnapps with Nettle and Belladonna and some Wine.
How to Get Nettle in KCD 2
To collect Nettle, look for water bodies because that’s where it’s found abundantly. You should be able to find it easily near ponds and lakes as well as on the edge of the woods and in fields. But if you’re planning on buying it instead, you can purchase it from Aranka and the Herbalist vendor named Barnaby. You may even get it as loot when you open locked chests.
How to Get Belladonna in KCD 2
Belladonna can be bought from Aranka, Herbalist Barnaby and also looted from chests. It’s recommended not to spend time searching for it while exploring, due to its extreme rarity. As the game tells you, it grows in clearings and in leafy woods, but it is best not to seek it at all.
However, Redditor l_x_fx has provided useful information about finding Belladonna. You can find some in Borzena’s Meadow, but for more, head east from Borzena. When you reach a small stream flowing through the woods, follow it upstream.
Near its source, you’ll come across a marked point of interest called Nameless Spring, located slightly southwest of the Thief’s Camp. This area has plenty of Belladonna and make sure to check the small basket nearby—there will be some more ready to collect.
Crafting Saviour Schnapps
- To make Saviour Schnapps in KCD 2 at an Alchemy Bench, have 1 Nettle and 2 Belladonna ready. Then, put Wine into the Cauldron.
- Add Nettle and boil for 2 turns.
- Add ground Belladonna (grind it with a Mortar) to it and boil for 1 turn.
- Pour the result.
You can buy Saviour Schnapps from Apothecary Emmerich in Troskowitz or purchase it from Bathhouse Owner Dorothy in Zhelejov. Plus, you can talk to Innkeepers in Tachov Inn, Troskowitz Inn and Zhelejov Wagoner’s Inn. Since this potion and money are valuable resources, you might want to plan your purchases carefully.
Aside from buying, you can loot it from a chest in the Troskowitz Rathaus jail while completing the quest Materia Prima and look for more in various chests while playing.
While fresh ingredients will give stronger outcomes, even getting Dried versions is okay if it’s a dire requirement at the time.
