There are a total of two options to get Railjack in Warframe, one is that you can simply purchase it from the store as a part of the Railjack Captain’s Bundle. Doing this will cost your real-life money, but will save hours of in-game grind. The other method to get Railjack is by completing the Rising Tide Quest.
During this quest, you will have to reawaken the long-dormant Cephalon Cy, create the ship and then defeat the monster to harness the Cephalon. This is a somewhat long process but can take roughly 6 hours to complete.

Earlier in Warframe, it used to take around one week of earth time, just to be able to get your hands on a Railjack. This has since been toned down by the developers and you can get it done for you in a single day.
