The Horned Dinoshroom has a 20% chance of appearing through the Ancient  Seed Pack, Exotic version of the same pack and the Rainbow Sack. The Ancient Seed pack can be crafted from the area in the middle of the map, and the ingredients you need are x1 Dinosaur egg and 5,500,000 Sheckles. You can get a Dinosaur egg by giving Graham the NPC any pet or by completing the Dino Track quests.

This is a free way to obtain the Horned Dinoshroom and if you’re willing to spend Robux then you can get the Exotic Ancient Seed pack which costs 199 Robux for 1, 575 Robux for 3 and 1699 Robux for 10 packs. You can get a Rainbow Sack from this Exotic pack at a 1% chance.

Visually, the mushroom crop looks like it has horns due to its white spikes. The plant also resembles a dinosaur, with a purple stem and a red pileus, which gives it its name. This falls in the Legendary category and is multi-harvest, so you will keep reaping rewards from it, even after it becomes unobtainable.

In terms of value, it will sell for anything from 62,000 to 69,000 Sheckles per harvest, however, if you let it stay in your garden and get multiple mutations, its value will increase by a lot. Make sure to favorite it with a  Favorite tool to avoid accidentally harvesting it before its time.
