How to Gain Energy in Surge 2

Combat is probably the biggest aspect of Surge 2 and with that in mind you cannot just spam random buttons hoping to defeat the enemy, a strategy is required to succeed in a fight and you will need energy to get into combat. This guide will show you how to gain energy in Surge 2.

Energy is required to keep your mech suit powered up and acts like stamina in Surge 2.

Your implants also need energy as some of the implants directly have an influence to your overall health, to check your energy levels look for the lighting symbol and the amount of energy inside will show how much is remaining.

How to Gain Energy in Surge 2

To gain energy in Surge 2 all you need to do is land your attacks successfully on your enemies. The higher the number of attacks you can land, the more energy you will have.

The more powerful the attack you land on your enemies, the more energy you will gain. You can do this by holding down the attack button as long as you can.

Stronger attacks often stagger enemies which will often give you another avenue to land more attacks and get more energy in return.

Medbays are useful in order to upgrade your max energy, the higher level you have the more energy your character will have.
