How to find Brother 1 underground
You will have to complete the Lenz’s Secret mission, this is a pre-requisite. You will need to talk to Alain Leblanc in the catacombs to begin when you are engaged in the mission, you will locate a hospital which you must enter as the mission progresses.
Locate the yard of the hospital which you can find access to via the balcony, once you get there, find a corner with an open hatch which will lead you down to the basement.
How to find Brother 2 underground
There is a mission which you will have to complete before as per the pre-requisite of the game, you will need to complete the mission titled, Laser Breach Device.ou will need to talk to Jemma Atwood in the catacombs.
To gain entrance to the Brother 2 underground you will need to open a door with a laser, for which you need a battery which can be found Victory Boulevard and get the battery for the laser. Once you have it go back to the Political Detention Area 4 with the laser you will now be able to open the door to the underground.
How to find Brother 3 underground
You will have to complete the Stolen Research mission before you can get access to the Brother 3 underground. You will need to talk to Maria Laurent in the catacombs.
Once you have met with these conditions simply get to the underground as the mission progresses and when you are at Victory Boulevard jump into the sewers. Once you complete all three you will have unlocked the Dark Days Bronze Trophy.
