In order to unlock the NBA 2k22 Coach Drills, you will need to play around 10 MyCareer games. Also, you will need to try and get at least a B rating in the said games. Once you do this, you will be able to get a Career Quest called Scheduled Coach Drills. You should mark this quest and then go to the team practice facility.

In the team practice facility, you will find the coach in the middle, somewhere between both the facility’s courts. You will need to head over to him and talk to him. Doing so will begin the Coach Drills. As you reach a number of 14 or 15 matches, you will be able to unlock the second set of drills. Remember to keep your rating high, though. Higher ratings will help you get these sets a little more quickly. As of now, it is unknown if you can complete the Season Goal mission by just completing the first set of the coach drills twice. To be safe, we recommend you also give the second set of these drills a shot.

Apart from being necessary to complete the Season Goals quest, taking part in these drills will also help you get decent practice in NBA 2k22. This will improve your skills in the game, so either way, taking part in these drills is a win-win.

This is all you need to know about the NBA 2k22 Coach Drills. As you can see, unlocking and taking part in these drills is really quite simple. Just remember to keep your ratings high and play enough games, and you should be good to go!
