Hisstocrat is the boss of World 3-B. So you have to defeat him to get to World 4. As soon as you enter the level you will see question blocks to the right. These blocks contain powerups which will make this fight a walk in the park. Another benefit of this boss fight is that if you need Super Bell items, you can earn them in the fight.
The fight will begin with Hisstocrat dropping some rocks. These are easily avoidable and you can dodge them by looking at their shadows. As the game goes on Hisstocrat will continue to use this technique. After that, some more snakes will start popping out of the ground. These snakes will have plates on their head and as a result, players can use them to get to Hisstocrat himself.
To injure Hisstocrat you will either have to Ground Pound his head. In case you are using the Cat Suit you can use the Pounce attack.
