To cure disease in Soulmask, you’ll need to craft and use specific items meant to treat ailments and heal your character or other tribesmen. But the game doesn’t right away tell you which materials to use, so many players still have trouble finding a solution to their continued ailments. In this guide, we will help you to find a solution and teach you how to make it so you will never have trouble curing yourself and getting rid of any diseases (ailments) in Soulmask.

How to Cure Disease in Soulmask
The special item needed to treat ailments and heal your character or tribesmen is not easy to come by. So, you must ensure you are indeed affected by any diseases. Check your character’s status and look for disease symptoms to do this. The tooltip will show something like “Continuous bleeding, bruising, cyanosis, and necrosis.” If you see this, you are affected by a disease and need to cure it.
Until your cure is ready, you must depend on other healing items to keep your health above zero. Also, do not go near any of your tribesmen, as they will quickly catch the disease from you and spread it in your tribe.
Now we know your character is affected by a disease, we can move ahead to the solution. To cure any diseases in Soulmask, you must craft and use a unique item called “Special Healing Tisane.” You will need to gather the following materials:
- Healing Tisane x1
- Excitant x2
- Premium Beast Blood x4
- Blood Crystal x1
While it might look like just four ingredients, it is a bit hard to get them if they are not already in your inventory. These are the recipes to follow.
Healing Tisane
Crafting Healing Tisane can be the first step to getting the Special Healing Tisane. But this first ingredient can be challenging if you have not collected/crafted it before. Even though there are many ways to get Healing Tisane in the game, you can craft it with Gypsum ×5, Plant Essence ×2, Herb ×5, and Bowl ×1 at the “Brewing Stand.”

Premium Beast Blood
Unlike regular Beast Blood, Premium Beast Blood is obtained by hunting specific creatures or as a rare drop from elite enemy beasts. These creatures can be found across various Beast Lairs on the map. Beast lairs in Soulmask are dangerous locations occupied by elite versions of the game’s various creatures.
These elite enemies pose a harder challenge for players but offer the chance to collect valuable loot and resources like Premium Beast Blood which is an important ingredient needed to cure disease in Soulmask.

Collect the following items required to craft a Blood Crystal:

Once you have the necessary materials, go to your Mysterious Stone Table, which is required to craft the Blood Crystal. Interact with the Mysterious Stone Table crafting station with all the Blood Crystal recipe ingredients. Place the gathered materials into the crafting slots and craft the item.
