Side missions are just as important as the main story missions and Wolfenstein: Youngblood will have you complete as many missions as you can to unlock as much of the game as possible. You will have to talk Alain Leblanc in a hiding place in the catacombs before you begin this mission, also make sure that your sister is at least at level 15 of experience. Otherwise, this will not be easy to complete and you will be stuck in this mission.
Guide To Complete Lenz’s Secret Side-mission in Wolfenstein: Youngblood
The first thing you will need to do is use the subway and get to the Little Berlin district. Once there you will need to set this particular mission to active and follow the instructions of the mini-map. To locate the apartment building, start looking for a statue in front of the building. This is the building you need to find but be careful of enemies in this area.
Once you get inside, make sure that you get rid of the two soldiers that are posted there, you can do this while hiding and not blowing your cover. Once you have completed this, get to the top floor of the building and find the secret switch. You will need to search through the library and you will find it among the books.
Use the switch to unlock the secret passage and take the diskette (Brother 1 Secret Entrance). Take it to the computer in the main part of this apartment and decode it.
Now all you need to do is reach a hospital in the same area, but this has will be guarded heavily by enemies, try and find a way inside the hospital. The commandant may be in hiding above the main entrance to it is essential to be as sneaky as possible. Moreover, the laser station is in the same area as the commandant, you can make use of it if you have tripped an alarm. It is preferable to sneak inside while not alerting the enemies.
Once inside, eliminate as many enemies as you can and find a way to the courtyard in the center of the hospital. You may find that using the first floor and finding and open balcony to get there will be the easiest way.
Now all you have to do is get to the canals in the corner of the courtyard and that is about it. This is all there is to know about how to complete the Lenz’s Secret side mission.
