Rockstar finally released Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC but the launch has seen a few problems already, especially of the launch settings. This guide will show you how to change the language settings in the game.

How to Change Language in Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC?

Many people have reported that they are having trouble changing the language of Red Dead Redemption 2, while you may have the Rockstar launcher set to English, the game will still recognize your systems default language and run it.

To change it back to English, you will have to change your entire system language to English to run Red Dead Redemption 2 in English, or else the game will run whatever your default language is.

This has been causing a lot of problems to a people and though Red Dead Redemption 2 if finally out on PC it does have its fair share of issues.

This will probably be fixed soon by Rockstar but this certainly feels like an issue from their end and has been bugging players worldwide.

If your default language is set to French, then the entire game will run in French, simply change the system language to English, restart the computer and run Red Dead Redemption 2 again and you will have Red Dead Redemption 2 in English.
