Arlo always brings out Growlithe, a fire type Pokemon. You should definitely pick water-based Pokemon like Omastar and use Mud Slide or a Rock-type Pokemon like Golem to use their Rock Blast moves.

One of the toughest opponents ever Sierra now has become one of the easiest to beat. For the first round she will bring out Drowzee, and any fire type Pokemon that’s powerful enough should do the job, but we recommend that you bring someone that can even take on the following Pokemon. Here Giratina or Tyranitar would be perfect.
For her second round, Sierra can bring anyone from Exeggutor, Lapras, or Sharpedo. While Exeggutor can be easily taken down with a Tyranitar or a Giratina, you might be at a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to Lapras or Sharpedo.
