There are majorly three things that you will have to do to obtain the elusive Iron Banner Armor set:

  1. Play Iron Banner Crucible Matches
  2. Complete Weekly Bounties
  3. Iron Banner Emblems

Playing Iron Banner matches and completing weekly bounties will help you earn Iron Banner tokens. These, in turn, should be handed over to Lord Saladin. You will find this NPC in the Tower Courtyard. Lord Saladin will give you weapons and even Engrams in return for these Tokens.

Engrams are essential items that can be turned or decrypted into your new armor set. However, the chances of this happening are rare. You will be required to grind a lot every time and rely on your RNG (Random Number Generator) to do the honors. Another way to get the Iron Banner Armor in Destiny 2 is as a dropped item after matches. However, the odds of this happening are remote and entirely luck based.

How to Get Iron Banner Emblems

Getting Iron Banner Emblems in Destiny 2 is pretty simple. Once you join an Iron Banner event, complete every quest objective. There are chances that you can receive Emblems. Once you equip them, you will gain more reputation while playing matches. This is important because it can help you increase your reputation with Lord Saladin, which will ultimately help you get the Iron Banner armor.
