You will only be able to get to the Mining Deck during Chapter 7 in Dead Space Remake. The name of the mission is ‘Into the Void’. So, if you are unable to access the doors, don’t worry. Just reach Chapter 7 after which these areas will become accessible.

The Mining Deck is one of the largest decks on the Ishimura. These are all the places that are accessible on the deck during Chapter 7:
