How to Get Carian Filigreed Crest in Elden Ring
Finding the Carian Filigreed isn’t that easy. You will have to complete Blaidd’s questline in order to get it. He is a Half-Wolf and a loyal servant to the Lunar Princess Ranni who eventually helps you get to Nokstella, the Eternal City. You can find Blaidd in Mistwood which is to the east of Limgrave.
When you’re around the Mistwood Ruins, you will hear a howling sound. In order to call Blaidd out, you will need a specific item. For this, you will have to meet Merchant Kalé who resides in the Church of Elleh in Limgrave. While interacting with him, ask him about the howling sound in the ruins. He will give you a new gesture known as the Finger Snap. You can get the Carian Filigreed Crest location in Elden Ring only through Blaidd.
Head back to the ruins where you’ll see Blaidd perched atop a tower. Use the gesture to make him appear before you. He will tell you that he’s on the hunt for a traitor named Darriwil. He is none other than a Bloodhound Knight who is found in Limgrave, Forlon Hound Evergoal. You will have to travel towards the Bridge of Sacrifice and ascend down the slope at the Agheel Lake.

After beating Darriwil, you will again get to interact with Braidd. This time he will give you a x2 Somber Smithing stones. He will also tell you to meet a blacksmith in Caria Manor at Liurnia. Once you reach the Manor, you will find War Counselor Iji at a Lost Grace site. After talking with him, you will be able to purchase the Carian Filigreed Crest for 5000 Runes.
