Do you think brain-mongering zombies have always been popular? Can you imagine zombies in the 1800s? No! Horror video games like House of the Dead play a huge contribution in repopularising them in the 90s. With the release of the House of the Dead remake by Sega, players are ready again to blow up zombies. While the game is remastered, it does not lose its classic retro style. If you played the original version, you might have input cheat codes to unlock different elements. So, here is our guide on all the cheats for the House of the Dead remake.
All House of the Dead Remake Cheats
- Infinite Ammo: Hit the L + R + L + R + B + B buttons to activate the cheat.
- One-Shot Kill: Press the Left + Up + Right + Down + B + B buttons to activate the cheat.
- Invincible: Press the Left + Right + Left + Right + B + B buttons to activate the cheat.
- Unlocks Secret Characters: Head over to the Character selection menu and hold L + R buttons. Then, press the up, down, X, Y, and Z buttons in order.
- Unlocks All Weapons: Press A + A + B + B + LB + RB buttons.
- Unlimited Credits: Press Up + Up + Up + R + B buttons to activate the cheat.
- Shows High Score: Head over to the Pause screen to input the cheat. Hold L+R Buttons and tap X three times to activate the cheat.
You can input these cheats on the main menu. But most of the players suggested that these cheats are somehow tied to unlocking Achievements in the game. Some of the cheats won’t activate right away unless you progress in the game.
We suggest you progress and earn achievements to activate these cheats. Also while unlocking these achievements, you might get a glimpse of a random cheat code on the loading screen.
[FE]BluNectarine on Discord’s Official Forever Entertainment shared the number of achievements you need to unlock to activate these cheats. Here are the following achievements you need to unlock:
- You need 8 achievements to activate Infinite Ammo
- You need 16 Achievements to activate One shot Kill.
- 24 achievements to activate the All weapons unlocked cheat.
- 32 Achievements to activate Unlimited Credits cheat.
- You need to unlock 40 Achievements to activate the Invincible or God mode cheat.
