What Happens If You Pick Halfdan or Faravid In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – Consequences

Ever since Assassin’s Creed Valhalla released, there are tons of players who have been finding it hard to choose between Halfdan and Faravid during the Eurviscire storyline. You will be given these two options at the end of the arc. Upon selecting any of these two options, you will be returned home with another alliance.

Halfdan or Faravid AC Valhalla – Of Blood And Bonds

The choice actually takes place during the feast. After Halfdan has another coughing fit, he drops his cup and Eivor picks it up. He’s suspicious – the cup is soft, which should not be. He asks Moira what it was made of and she announced it’s lead, which is actually a bad idea. This means that Faravid was trying to poison Halfdan with lead. However, it is not known he did it intentionally or not.

You are insane Halfdan

When you tell Halfdan that Faravid poisoned him, he will go on a tirade and banish Faravid from Jorvik, who will, in turn, say he does not want to server under a man who appropriates others’ achievements as his own.

When you take him out of town, he will be so sad but he would either admit or deny that he knew about the cups. We are yet to discover whether this choice will affect your alliance with Eurviscire, so, it would be better to avoid this choice unless you are willing to gamble.

Stand down Faravid

If you choose this option Faravid would not stand down. You need to fight him then and there and he will make all possible efforts to dissuade you all the time. Once the fight is over, you will receive the friendship bracelet from Haldfan. Your alliance secured and you will go back to Mercia.
