How To Grow Plants Faster In Hogwarts Legacy

Published Date :

Plants play an important role in Hogwarts Legacy and knowing how to make them grow faster through gardening is an essential skill. Although they may not seem as interesting as curses and charms, the plants in this game can help you overcome many challenges. While some are used to prepare essential potions, others can be used straight up in combat. Moreover, you’ll require plants like Mallowsweet to trigger certain events in the game. And as the game progresses, you’ll need more and this guide will help you to get them faster.

How to Grow Plants Faster in Hogwarts Legacy (Gardening Tips)

Buy Potting Tables at Tomes and Scrolls

The best way to grow plants faster in Hogwarts Legacy is to use multiple potting stations in the Room of Requirement. As you progress in the game, you’ll unlock the potting stations at the Herbology Class and the Room of Requirement. But, you’ll have to wait for the plants to fully grow before harvesting them. So instead of waiting around, you can use multiple stations to grow them at once.

Using Potting Tables

For the Potting Table blueprints, you can visit Tomes and Scrolls shop in Hogsmeade. Here is a list of tables you can buy and their prices:

  • Large Pot Spellcraft: 1000 Gold
  • Two Large Pots Spellcraft: 3000 Gold
  • Medium Pot Spellcraft: 750 Gold
  • Two Medium Pots Spellcraft: 1500 Gold
  • Three Medium Pots Spellcraft: 3000 Gold
  • Three Small Pots Spellcraft: 400 Gold
  • Five Small Pots Spellcraft: 2500 Gold

Using Fertilizers

You can buy the Fertilizers at The Magic Neep and Dogweed & Deathcap shop for 300 Gold Coins at Hogsmeade. Fertilizers will not only grow your plants faster but also increase your yield. So if you don’t want to buy it every time, you can invest 1000 Galleons and buy yourself a Dung Composter at Tomes and Scrolls. Once installed, the Dung Composter will produce a unit of Fertilizer per five minutes.

We know the Gardening business in Hogwarts Legacy is quite expensive. So to get Galleons fast, we recommend you check our Gold Farming guide.
