Is there a Reason Behind Granny’s Removal from Steam?

Why Was Granny Removed From Steam

Sadly, DVloper (the Developer of Granny) didn’t have any strong reason behind Granny’s removal. Soon after the Granny Trilogy was pulled back, DVloper made a Tweet wherein he clearly mentioned that he is well aware of this issue. Moreover, he also said that he is working on making the game available to download via Steam.

The game was removed back in May 2022 and hasn’t returned on Steam yet. There is no indication from Steam or the Dev that may give us a hint about the return. According to Buttery Stancakes on Steam Community, he reached out to the Developer and did not get any relevant answer about the removal of Granny from Steam.

The entire Granny Trilogy is well-received and even loved by the players. As of now, all we can do is follow the Dev on his Twitter and keep an eye on any further updates. Hopefully, Granny will be made available on Steam very soon.

That is all the known information about why Granny was removed from Steam. While you are here, make sure to check out our other Video Game Guides on Gamer Tweak.
