How to Get to the Gorou Hangout Endings?

There are 5 possible endings to the Gorou Hangout Event in Genshin Impact. You will begin your date with General Gorou in Inazuma City. In order to get here, you will need to fast travel to the northern Teleport Waypoint. Next, you will need to head down the stairs to meet both Gorou as well as Yae Miko. After a few moments of Yae Miko teasing you, you will find yourself alone with General Gorou. It is during this time that you will need to place your focus on the choices. Let us check them out.

Ending 1 – Tactical Retreat

When talking about Yae Miko, you will tell Gorou that you will help him with his weaknesses. You will then suggest conducting a little bit of theoretical study. Next, you will need to go to Watatsumi Island and talk to the other characters. After this, you will head back to Inazuma and speak to the editor.

Now, visit the Grand Sakura Shrine and draw a fortune slip. Drawing each of the four slips here will see you unlock the Changing Times achievement. This will get you 5 Primogems.

Next, you will need to confront Yae Miko.

Ending 2 – Deserts are the Best!

When speaking about Yae Miko, you will assure Gorou that you will help him with his weakness. You will offer Gorou your impression of a person he finds difficulties dealing with. Next, you need to teleport to Ritou and then speak to Gorou.

After this, teleport to Byakko Plain. Once you speak to Gorou again, you will notice some Fatui appearing, after which they will attack you.

Now, you need to ensure that you and your team are prepared for an attack from enemies like a Geo Fatui, Pyro Fatui, and an Electro Cicin Mage. You will face these attacks in the first wave. In the second wave, you will face an Anemo Vanguard along with two more Geo Fatui.

You can also choose to use Gorou himself during this fight, as he is available as a trial character. He will have a level of 88, along with a Constellation level of 3. Additionally, he will also have a max-level Noblesse Oblige Artifact set.

Now, simply return back to Inazuma City and then eat some cake.

Ending 3 – That’s, Uh…

When talking about Yae Miko, you will suggest ignoring her. However, when Gorou continues to talk about Yae, you will say that she is not that bad. Next, you will suggest going to keep watch at the Yae Publishing House when Gorou claims he needs to answer his letters.

Next, speak to the NPCs, after which you will get a mysterious flyer. Now, go back to Gorou and speak to him.

Ending 4 – The Smiling Send-Off

When talking about Yae Miko, you will suggest ignoring her. However, when Gorou continues to talk about Yae, you will say that she is not that bad. When Gorou claims that he wishes to answer his letters, you will tell him that you will accompany him.

Next, help Gorou answer these letters. If you wish to, you can choose the answers you prefer. Now, just head over to Watatsumi Island and meet the soldiers.

Ending 5 – Final Remembrance

When Gorou mentions Yae Miko, you will suggest ignoring her. You will also tell Gorou to stay away from the Yae Publishing House for some time. Next, you will speak to Katheryne from the Adventurer’s Guild.

Next, look for the location marker towards the southern part of Inazuma city. While it may initially look like it is on a roof, you will actually find it below the city. You can go there by gliding down to the beach to the west of the city. Here, you will find a large cave entrance.

You need to enter this cave and defeat the Treasure Hoarders. While you will not get to use Gorou during this battle, you will find it quite easy anyway, especially because it has no elite enemies.

Now, go to the Adventurer’s Guild and then head to Watatsumi Island. You can use the Teleport Waypoint towards the southwest of Bourou Village for the quickest route. Now, simply chat with Gourou.

So there you have it. This is all you need to know about the Gorou Hangout Event in Genshin Impact. As you can see, the choices for the endings depend totally on you. However, you will need to know that each of these endings will have different consequences. So, keep this in mind before you make any decision.
