Google promises upto 4K video streaming on its Cloud streaming platform with a subscription-based fee to unlock free games and discounts. - 10 MBPS to stream and play games on 720p at 60FPS & Stereo sound
- 20mbps to stream and play games on 1080p at 60fps & 5.1 surround sound
- 30 to 35mbps to stream and play games on 5K at 60fps & 5.1 surround sound

Whether you play games on a Laptop or a Mobile phone, Stadia demands a pretty decent internet speed a minimum 10mbps for stable connectivity to get a minimum of 720p at 60fps. This is where cloud gaming gets a little bit restricted.
Microsoft is quiet on Project xCloud and as per its blog, the engineers are trying to reduce latency by delivering high performance over the 5G network.
