Keeping track of arcs can be a little tricky with Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 showing two different arcs. If that’s the case with you, you can check out Jujutsu Kaisen Arcs and check out the order of watching them.
Did Gojo Satoru Die in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2?
No, Gojo Satoru is not dead in Jujutsu Kaisen season 2. However, he has been sealed and it will be some time before the rest of the sorcerers can free him. Earlier in the Hidden Inventory Arc (Gojo’s Past Arc), Toji Fushiguro brought him almost close to death in Episode 3 of Season 2. However, he used the Reversed Curse technique to heal himself and come back for round 2. But that is not the case with the Shibuya Incident Arc. In the Shibuya Incident Arc, Gojo has been sealed in a Prison Realm after pseudo Geto appeared out of nowhere to surprise him enough to have him sealed.
When will Gojo Satoru be Unsealed?
In the manga, Gojo is unsealed towards the end of the Culling Game Arc right before starting the much awaited fight with the King of Curses. So JJK fans are about to miss Gojo for a couple of seasons at the very least. If you are reading the manga along with the anime, Gojo will be unsealed in Chapter 221.
How Long is Gojo Satoru sealed in Jujutsu Kaisen?
For the fans, Gojo Satoru will remain sealed for at least a few years. It is unlikely that we will be able to see Gojo in the anime before season 4. There are three arcs and 85 chapters for MAPPA studios to cover before we can see the Strongest back in action.
