That’s because without it you won’t be able to extract the Wild Honey. If you don’t have it yet, then head to the Fabricator and buy it for 10 Cotton Plorts & 450 Newbucks.
- After getting the Resources Harvester simply go to the Starlight Strand to find the Wild Honey in Slime Rancher 2. If you haven’t unlocked this area, then move towards the South Side of the Rainbow Fields. Once you reach there look for a Cotton Gordo blocking a path. As soon as you come across one, grab your Vacpack and keep feeding it until it explodes. As we know Cotton Gordo eats vegetables, but its favorite food is Water Lettuce. If you have plenty of it then it’ll help you burst the Gordo even faster.
- Once the path is cleared, you’ll come across a device, that you have to interact with. Doing so will teleport you to the Starlight Strand in no time. After you’ve reached the region, explore and look for Bee Hives under Palm trees and Cliffs. For those who are unaware, there are 2 types of Bee Hives available in the game. One of them has a Dull Yellowish Brown Color that produces Buzz Wax. And the other one has a Bright Yellow Color with dripping honey from it, that’ll provide you with the Wild Honey you’re looking for.
- As soon as you spot the Bright Yellow color Bee Hive, simply use your Resources Harvester on it. By doing that you’ll suck all the dripping Wild Honey available in it.
