After the start, players can farm Whispering Keys from any Purveyor of Curiosities Vendor in any town hub area of Diablo IV. Since they can open Silent Chests, they are quite a special bunch. Players can get an unlimited supply of these keys and they have to purchase it for 20 Murmuring Obols per key.
