The Vegeta Skin in Fornite belongs to the Dragon Ball crossover Skin Set. Unlike prior crossover Skins, this Set is not free. As such, you can only get them from the Shop. To get the Vegeta Skin, you will have to purchase it for 1,800 V-Bucks. In this pack, you will get Vegeta & his 4 Skin Variants. Another way of getting him is by purchasing the Vegeta & Bulma Bundle for 2,300 V-Bucks. Here, you will get Vegeta, his 4 Variants, Bulma & her 2 Variants, & the Charge Emote.
These are the only two ways of getting Vegeta Skin. There is no other way or Free way to get him. As per my research, I found content on getting Vegeta for free but they seem unreliable. Also, do not fall into scam offers like Free Vegeta & V-Bucks from any one person. They will scam you and take a lot of money out of you. If you find such sources then report them to Epic Games. One way of getting Vegeta for free is through a Giveaway or by getting him as a gift. Beyond this method, there is no other way.
