The newest expansion for the World of Warcraft, Dragonflight has finally arrived. This expansion would take WoW players to the fantasy and mystical lands of Dragon Isle. Having said that, the journey would be different for the Hordes as well as the Alliance. There are also some basic prerequisites to get to this location. How to Get to Dragon Isles in WoW Dragonflight
Before you reach Dragon Isles, you need to make sure that you have bought the Dragonflight expansion pack. This includes whichever expansion you choose, Epic or Heroic. You also need to make sure that you are at least on level 58 or above to reach the Dragon Isles. Once you are through with these prerequisites, you can begin with your Dragon journey.
As mentioned earlier, getting to Dragon Isles is different for both factions in WoW. So, let’s get started with the Alliance, first.
How to Get to Dragon Isles as Alliance
You might need to complete a few quests before embarking on your journey to Dragon Isles. Follow the below steps:
- Head to the Quests Menu to find the Dragonscale Expedition questline.
- You will find this campaign if you have not completed these quests before the launch of Dragonflight.
- For the players that have completed the questline, you can get to the Dragon Isles Await questline directly.
- You need to meet Wraithon at the Stormwind to start with the quest line.
- Now, you will be asked to listen to Wraithon & Turalyon. Hit the Complete quest option to listen to what happened at the Shadowlands.
- Then, you will be asked by Toddy Whiskers to assemble a crew for the Expeditionary Coordination quest.
- You also need to interact with Scalecommander Azurathel to complete the Obsidian Warders quest.
- Once you have completed both quests, get to Stormwind Harbor.
- As you reach there, you will see Archmage Khadgar arriving at the location from his portal. Interact with him to ask and know what happened.
- Lastly, interact with Toddy Whiskers to get to Dragon Isles.
- As you accept the “To the Dragon Isles” quest you will see a ship docking at the Harbor. When the ship docks, simply get on the Board to reach the Dragon Isles in Dragonflight.
How to Get to Dragon Isles as Horde in WOW
Follow the below steps:
- Once you have completed the Dragonscale Expedition questline, you can take on the Dragon Isles Await quests.
- For this quest, meet Ebyssian in Orgrimmar which will trigger more quests.
- Interact with Scalecommander Cinderethresh to get the Dark Talons quest. This quest would have you delivering his orders to Kodethi and Dark Talon.
- Then, you will get the Expeditionary Coordination quest.
- After you have completed both quests, you can head to Zeppelin Tower to meet all your allies.
- You will find Naleidea Rivergleam outside the Tower.
- Interact and accept the “To the Dragon Isles!” quest to finally get to the location. In a short time, an expedition Zeppelin will arrive taking you and your allies to Dragon Isles.
