To get this sword, you will have to go to your map and you will see the new Thriller Island, it will appear in the top-left corner and will have ‘Level: ???’ written above it. Once you enter this Island, you will immediately spot a huge tower with lit-up windows. When you go near the entrance, you will see the enemy boss Ryummy waiting there. He is a level 2150 enemy, so make sure you are well-prepared for this battle, in advance.
You do not have to do any special quest or get any item in order to summon him. All you have to do is defeat him to get the sword. However, there is only a 5% drop chance. Once you finish him and get the Shusui you will also get $9850 Beli and unlock these powerful moves – Thrust Barrage and Star Impact.
