Many players in Manor Lords are facing a homeless debuff bug and are looking for a fix. They want to get rid of homelessness but are unable to do so. Now you might think the easy solution is to simply set up Burgage Plots and the workers should move into their new homes. While that is how it should usually work, the thing is the workers don’t happen to do so. But worry not there are actually two things that you can do about it, and they are:
How to Fix and Get Rid of Homelessness in Manor Lords
The best way to allocate Homeless people their new Burgage Plots is by demolishing their Worker Camps. Initially, they will start frantically running around, but this will lead them to their empty new home.
- Demolish Worker Camps: To destroy it you should –
- Click on the Worker Camp.
- Next, click on the demolish icon on the right corner of the popup. It is the 3rd left one, next to the pin and close icons.
- The game will ask a confirmation on whether you wish to break it and will inform you about the construction cost being refunded.
- Choose Demolish.
The camps will now break and the workers will rush to the Burgage Plots. Now, while this should do the trick, the one time where it won’t work is when bandits raid their homes or camps and burn them down. In this case, even setting up new homes doesn’t seem to help much. If that happens, you can try out these possible solutions:
- Save and reload: If the workers lose their house to raids, you should simply save the game. Reload it and then try building new homes. There is a chance this may help fix this issue.
- Wait for an update: Since many people seem to be facing this issue, the developers may release a patch that addresses it. Once it is out, update the game and try the above solutions again and it shouldn’t be a problem anymore.
That is all you can do to remove the homeless debuff in Manor Lords. Speaking of bugs you should also check out how to fix Sawpit not working.
