This works the same as Eggs, where you can just buy the wrapped doll and hope you get the friend you’re looking for. The drop rate of Pinocchio, Nurse River, and Builder Dylan is the same in Adopt Me. However, simply buying the wrapped doll will not do and you’ll have to fulfill its needs until it gets unwrapped/hatched automatically.
