In the tower defense game of Anime Vanguards, you might want to know how to get around faster on the map and the answer is to use Mounts! While you can sprint by pressing W and then pressing Shift, riding a Mount like the Nimbus Cloud is much quicker. It’s going to be a tough journey if your units aren’t strong enough because the achievement is tied to the Nightmare difficulty level. Here’s what you need to do to get all the mounts and emotes.
How to Unlock Mounts in Anime Vanguards
Completing Achievements is what will help you unlock Mounts and Emotes in the game. Apart from Mounts, you will also receive Gems, Trait Rerolls, and Pass XP. When you complete all the achievements from one category, you can unlock a Mount and Emote each time.
For example, in the Trouble on Planet Namak stage, there are 5 prerequisites that require you to clear Acts 1 through 6 on Nightmare difficulty. When you do this, you get a bonus reward of 1000 Gems, 5 Trait Rerolls, a Flying Nimbus mount, and the Casey Emote.
Similarly, you get the Elder Sage mount and Ric Flair emote from the Raid on Sand Village, as well as Shadow Bear mount and Popular Vibe emote from Disaster in the Double Dungeon. At the time of writing, there are only 3 mounts, however, you can unlock more emotes like the Jabba Switchway (The Collector), Tidy (Paragon Conquerer – Namak (I)), Griddy (Paragon Conquerer – Sand Village (I)), and Boogie Down (Paragon Conquerer – Double Dungeon (I)).
How to Use Mounts and Emotes
To equip your mount, open up your inventory and go to Items. Under the Mounts tab, you can select the Mount you want and equip it. To summon and ride it, press V on your keyboard.
To bring up Emotes in Anime Vanguard, press and hold G on your keyboard to bring up the emote wheel. Choose the emote you want to use and the animation should trigger right away.
To see all the emotes available, talk to Haruka Rin, the Emotes NPC, and click on the Emotes button.
In a new window, you will see all the emotes in Anime Vanguard, including the ones you own.
