Firstly, before we get into the different ways you can use to earn money in the game, it is important to learn about Coins and Gilded Coins. Once you have collected and redeemed these items, you will get $50 for Coins and $100 for Gilded Coins. Now that you know what are the items you need to look for to earn money, here are a few methods you can try out:
Players will be able to collect a ton of these items by simply exploring all around the island. You will encounter more Coins as compared to Gilded Coins in the form of drops. These are usually found near buildings, trees, etc. After you have collected any of these items, it will show in your inventory.
Another method of earning money is through crafting it. Players can craft a Gilded Coin at Jake’s Workshop by using one Gilded Aura. However, there is a 1 in 512 chance of rolling it. Once crafted, it will show up in your inventory.
Lastly, you can also earn money by completing quests and achievements in Sol’s RNG. For quests, the Lime NPC will give you a few quests that will help you earn money, upon completion. As for achievements, as you progress through the game, you will have to claim your achievements to earn some money in return.
As mentioned earlier, currently, there is only one use of money in the game and that is to purchase storage space. However, storage is quite essential, especially if you are focusing on collecting all different kinds of auras in Sol’s RNG.
To buy it all you need to do is, open your Storage and click on the ‘Expand‘ button that is located towards the bottom left side of the menu. You will initially have to spend $400 to increase the capacity of your storage. As you keep expanding it, the price also goes on increasing.
