How To Get & Recruit Legion In Mass Effect 2

Published Date :

Mass Effect features some pretty cool characters that you can recruit as your crew. Legion may be one of the coolest ones that you come across. Legion is a consciousness of 1,000 Geth programs that the players might have the chance to get on their side. He may be a hard find though. So in this guide, we will tell you how to get and recruit Legion in Mass Effect 2.

How to Recruit Legion In Mass Effect 2?

This is how you can get and recruit Legion in Mass Effect 2:

How To Recruit And Get Legion

You can only get the Legion by completing the Reaper IFF Mission. You cannot recruit it early on in Mass Effect 2 even though you will cross paths a couple of times. By the end of the mission, Legion will be accompanied by a Geth machine. It will be unconscious in a fight with Husks. This is when you will take it back to the ship.

You will have two choices here. You can have a word with Miranda and ask her for help to wake the Legion up. But alternatively, you can sell it to Cerberus. Here, chose the first option and activate it via the AI core that is placed behind the Chakwas. He will be reactivated and will join the crew. This way, you will be able to recruit Legion in Mass Effect 2.

Now, remember, you will have to let go of the 50,000 Reward if you want to recruit Legion. If you sell him, you will lose your chance to get our friend Geth here.

So that is all there is to it on how to get and recruit Legion Mass Effect Legendary Edition. If you would like to know how to get the Spectre gear in the game or how to skip or jump cut scenes, do check out our article on that too.
