As the recent expansion titled Sunbreak, is finally out for Monster Hunter Rise, things are looking pretty geared up for the players. With the release of this expansion, several new mechanics, crafting materials, resources, and gear have been introduced into the game. Hoplite Armor is one of the armors introduced as a part of Arlow’s Heavy Knight Set. But to get it, you need to complete some prerequisites and a series of quests. Not to worry, here’s our guide on how to get the Hoplite Armor in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak.
How to Get Hoplite Armor in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak
As mentioned earlier, you need to complete some prerequisites and quests to get the Heavy Knight Hoplite Armor.
Follow these steps to get this Armor:
- You need to complete an urgent quest from Master Rank 3, Keep it busy!
- For that, you also need to be on Master Rank 3. You need to hunt down the leviathan, Aurora Somnacanth.
- Upon completing this quest, you will trigger and unlock several NPC requests. This includes Fiorayne and Arlow’s Follower quests.
- There are Arlow’s four Follower quests and you need to complete them all to get the Armor.
- The first Follower request you will receive is the Enshrined Resentment which involves hunting a Magnamalo located in the Shrine Ruins.
- After you’ve hunted him down, you need to head to Master Arlow and interact with him.
- He will give you the blueprints for the Royal Order’s Bludgeon hammer, as a reward.
- Now, for the next follower quest, you need to reach Master Rank 4.
- You can do that by completing the main quests and advancing the story’s progress. Once you reach Master Rank 4, you will unlock the second Follower quest.
- To complete this, you need to hunt down Sergios, a large monster with a great threat level. You might have hunted this monster down during previous quests.
- After you complete this quest, head to Arlow and interact with him again.
- This time he will give you the blueprints for the Royal Gunlance, Royal Order’s Pledge.
- Furthermore, for the third quest, Moonlight Espinascapade, you need to hunt down the Espinas, a large monster.
- Upon beating the Espinas, Arlow can tag along with you as a partner for the Support Surveys.
- Then, as you interact with him, you will get his next urgent hunting quest, Unknown Invader.
- You need to hunt down the G*re (rhymes with snore) Magala to complete this follower quest.
- Once you complete this quest, interact with Arlow to get the Heavy Knight Hoplite Armor.
For the players that are unable to unlock Arlow’s last Follower quest, we suggest completing Fiorayne’s quests as well.
