You can get Goron Spice in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK) from the General Store in Goron City. It is called Goron Gusto Shop and is located at coordinates 1761, 2508, 0437 as marked on the map above. The shop is located directly west of Death Mountain in Goron City, next to the Hot Springs.
You can buy one Goron Spice for 16 Rupees from the Goron Gusto Shop in Tears of the Kingdom. There will only be three Goron Spice bottles at a time, so you must return if you need more. You will have to leave the city and change the time of day in Zelda TOTK to get a fresh set of Goron Spice restocked for you.
On the other hand, you can also get Goron Spice from the traveling merchant Yammo. However, the merchant spawns anywhere between Tabantha Bridge Stable and Serenne Stable. Since this is a large area, finding Yammo can be very time-consuming. Hence, the better and more convenient option for getting Goron Spice is from the General Store in Goron City.
