Published Date :

Valheim’s latest update, Mistlands, is finally here and it has tons of new content. You will find new mobs, dungeons, NPCs, magic, and much more throughout the vast map of this game. The terrain of this game includes forests, hills, and cliffs. So you can get a better view of your surrounding by climbing the highest peaks. But that opens the possibility of you falling to your demise. However, in this new update, a feather cape is introduced as a new wearable item. This item negates all fall damage making it a great asset in your inventory. This article will tell you how to get Feather Cape in Valheim.

With the introduction of magic, you will need a new crafting table. The Galdr Table is an advanced crafting station used to create and upgrade weapons with magic. You will also need it to craft the Cape. Once you have this table, you can move on to the ingredients needed to craft this cape. To get Feather Cape in Valheim, all you have to do is collect the following materials.

  • 10x Feathers
  • 5x Scale Hide
  • 20x Refined Eitr

Feathers are common in Valheim. You can get them by killing Gulls and Crows. They are also found in chests in the Meadows and Black Forest biomes. Moreover, you can also get them by chopping Beech and Fir trees. Scale Hides can be obtained by killing Hares in this game. They are easy to kill but they are evasive so make sure you carry a ranged weapon to hunt them. Also, you can only find them in Mistlands, which is a dangerous biome to explore. Getting the last ingredient is a bit tricky. First, you will need an Eitr Refinery which is a long process in itself. Then, you will need Sap and Soft Tissue to make Refined Eitr. Once you have all the ingredients, you can craft the Feathered Cape using the Galdr Table.
