God Of War Ragnarok: How To Get Divine Ashes

God of War Ragnarok has a plethora of resources for you to gather and upgrade your weapons and armor. On this journey across the nine realms, you will face formidable enemies. So you have to upgrade your gear whenever possible. As you progress through the game, you will gain access to stronger and rarer resources. Divine Ashes is one such resource you will find later in the game. But it is not readily available and you will have to complete some tasks to obtain it. In this article, we will tell you how to get Divine Ashes in God of War Ragnarok.

How to Get Divine Ashes in God of War Ragnarok

Complete Crucible Challenges in Muspelheim to get Divine Ashes in GoW Ragnarok

You will come across this resource in the fiery realm of Muspelheim. To gain access to this realm, you will have to find two Muspelheim Seed Pieces. The first piece is located in Svartalfheim. At Modvitnir’s Rig, you will have to climb a structure and find a chest. Inside this chest, you will find one-half of the Muspelheim Seed. The other half is located in Vanaheim at Freyr’s Camp. You will need Draupnir’s Spear to open up a pathway. There, you will find another half of the seed.

Now, you have to find a mystic gate to travel to Surtr’s challenge. You can get Divine Ashes in GoW Ragnarok by completing the Crucible Challenges in Muspelheim. The Challenges will be:

  • Weapon Mastery
  • Flawless
  • Ring Out
  • Feed the Rift
  • Population Control
  • King of the Hill

Defeat all the enemies according to the objectives to win all the challenges. These challenges can be difficult as you progress so make sure you have your best armor and weapons. By completing every challenge, you will receive a whopping 1,500 Divine Ashes along with other rewards like XP and Hacksilver.
