How to Find Curtis Safe Key in Dead Island 2
In order to get Curtis Safe Key, you will have to defeat Crystal the Lawyer at Curtis’s garden in Dead Island 2. Crystal the Lawyer holds the key and once you defeat them, they will drop it for you. Do note that you won’t find Crystal the first time you are in the mansion. In order for them to spawn, you will first have to unlock the Screamer zombie variants in the game.
If you want to unlock Screamer zombie in Dead Island 2, here’s what you need to do:
- Sometime after leaving Curtis’s Mansion for the first time, you will start the quest called Justifiable Zombicide.
- As you move forward in the quest, you will encounter Nikki Gutte, the first screamer boss. You will have to defeat her in order to be eligible to get Curtis’s Safe Key.
- After you complete the quest and get rid of the zombie, you can now head back to Curtis’s Mansion.
- Now, in the garden, look around the structures and you will find Crystal the Lawyer. Beat the zombie and then you will get the Curtis Safe Key in the game.
After you make your way back into the mansion, you can find the safe in the Wine Storage room near the rear entrance close to the Staff restrooms.
