How to Get Aglet in Terraria

Find Aglet in Chest

In Terraria, Aglet is not exactly a rare spawn and you can find it in Chests, Wooden Crates, and Pearlwood Crates. You can find the Chests on the surface of the map. However, if you are having trouble getting them, look for Wooden Crates by fishing. You can either equip it or use it as a crafting material to make Lightning Boots. These increase your movement speed by 8%. You can craft it at Tinkerer’s Workshop using the following materials:

  • Spectre Boots
  • Anklet of the Wind
  • Aglet

This item increases your base speed from 15 mph to a staggering 34 mph. So you should start looking for these materials soon. If you are not able to find Aglet then do not give up. The game is quite unpredictable and the spawns are diversified. This accessory was introduced in version 1.0.5 and you could find it in Chests. Later in 1.3.0.1, it was added to Wooden Crates. And finally, in 1.4.0.1, it was added to the Pearlwood Crates. So keep exploring and looting to get it. On the contrary, if you found more than one then you can sell it for 50 coins.
