These increase your movement speed by 8%. You can craft it at Tinkerer’s Workshop using the following materials:

  • Spectre Boots
  • Anklet of the Wind
  • Aglet

This item increases your base speed from 15 mph to a staggering 34 mph. So you should start looking for these materials soon. If you are not able to find Aglet then do not give up.
