You will see this enemy mostly in your early game. What you actually need from them is the Treasure Hoarders Insignia which will help you ascend characters as well weapons. Apart from these, you can also level up the talents of some characters so you know that this is an important resource.
So where to find the Treasure Hoarder location on the map? Well, there are everywhere but mainly in Liyue. You need to look for them in the following areas:
- East of Luhua Pool, near the mountains beside the coast.
- In Monstadt, above Springvale (During the Raptor Quest).
- Again in Liyue, look for them right in between Lingju Pass and Mt. Tianheng.
- Also locate them to the south of Mr. Tianheng near water.
- You can also see them randomly in Ley Line Outcrops.
How to Obtain Treasure Hoarders Insignia & Use it
You have to kill them to receive the Insignia as drops. You can use a combo of elemental attacks to get this done.
Treasure Hoarders Insignia can be used for the Character Ascensions of Beidou, Bennett and Kaeya. It is also used for the Weapon Ascensions of Alley Hunter, Crescent Pike and White Tassel.
