Pinecone Locations in Genshin Impact

Discovering Pinecones in Genshin Impact is not quite difficult, especially, when you know where to look. Notably, Liben wants you to gather 10 Pinecones for him every day untill the event comes to an end. Don’t fret, farming 10 Pinecones will take only a few minutes of you if you go towards the Stormbearer Mountains.

Stormbearer Mountains is not the only location where you will get Pinecones in Genshin Impact. The Pine Trees, the tree from which you will be removing Pinecones, are located throughout the northern region of Tevyat. So, you can easily find those threes anywhere in the Mondstadt region.

Once you have discovered a Pine Tree, Harvesting a cone would not take a lot of your time. Once you have collected 10 Pinecones, don’t waste your time collecting more Pinecones because they are useless for anything other than Liben’s quest.

Here are three locations to farm Pinecones in Genshin Impact:

  • Stormbearer Mountains —  Once you get there, you will be able to collect 10 Pinecones.
  • Qingce Village — You can obtain 9 Pinecones from this location.
  • Wolvendom — This area does not have as many Pinecones as Stormbearer Mountains and Qingce Village but it is a great location to get some extra pinecones to round out your inventory.

What Can You Do With Pinecones in Genshin Impact?

If you have already collected the required Pinecones for Liben’s little quest then you can use the remaining Pinecones to make a meal. Once you reached Adventure Rank 15, you will unlock the one-time dungeon, Temple of the Wolf. It can be completed by unlocking a recipe for Mondstadt Hash Browns.

Each serving needs you to have two pinecones, one potato, and one jar of jam. It is very easy to make. Notably, the dish restores 30 to 34 per cent of Max HP and gives you an additional bonus of 600 to 1,900 HP.

That’s basically all you need to know about Pinecones in Genshin Impact. For more useful guides, tips and tricks, be sure to check out our Genshin Impact’s Wiki guide.
