To take a picture of Falcon Coast from Cape Oath in Genshin Impact, you need to go to the western part of Cape Oath. From here face northwest to face Falcon Coast. Use the map to locate Falcon Coast if you having trouble. Once you are facing the right direction, use the “Take Photo” option to snap a picture with Falcon Coast in the frame. Doing this will complete the task for you, and give you the next task to go to Starsnatch Cliff.

To unlock the Noelle Hangout Event in Genshin Impact, you need to earn 2 Story Keys by doing daily commissions. Note that you have to be on Adventure Rank 26 or above. once you meet all requirements, you can unlock the Hangout event by heading to the Events Overview and choosing Hangout event and then Story Quests. During the Hangout Event, the dialogs you choose will determine the story endings you receive. And once you unlock a Hangout Event using 2 story keys, you can play them however much you like without using more keys.
