In those 13 patches, you will be able to get 37 flowers only, to get more you will need to purchase them from Flora in Mondstadt for 1000 Mora each, you can even check out the cathedral there and find the Nun to get some. Finally, there’s an NPC towards the North of Starsnatch Cliffs that will help you farm Cecilia in Genshin Impact.
