While Honkai Star Rail already offers many characters to its players, it is always exciting to see which ones will be introduced in future banners. Since it is a Hoyoverse game, its banner mechanism in terms of new characters released follows Genshin Impact a lot. And the upcoming characters and Light cones are definitely something you will want to save your Star Rail Special passes. So without further ado let us check them out.
Honkai Star Rail Next Banners
The next banners for Phase 2 of version 1.0 are going to be Swirl of Heavenly Spear and Brilliant Fixation. These are the character and Light Cone banners respectively. Here is what you should know about the new character and his signature weapon.
Character Banner
Swirl of Heavenly Spear features Jing Yuan. The banner will run for 3 weeks from 27th May 2023 to 7th June 2023.
Jing Yuan is going to be a 5-star character. His element is Lightning and he will be of The Erudition path. That means he will be excellent to target multiple enemies with the help of his AoE attacks. His combat skills include the following moves:
- Glistening Light – Basic attack
- Rifting Zenith – Skill
- Lightbringer – Ultimate
- Prana Extirpated – Talent
- Command Talisman – Technique
Light Cone Banner
Before Dawn is the signature Light Cone of Jing. Its base stats are as follows:
- HP: 48
- ATK: 28
- DEF: 18
With it you also get the Superimposition: Long Night. This is what it does at base level 1:
- Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 32%. Increases the wearer’s Skill and Ultimate DMG by 20%. After the wearer uses their Skill or Ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Upon triggering a follow-up attack, Somnus Corpus will be consumed and the follow-up attack DMG increases by 48%.
