Power Cycle your Xbox

  1. First, hold the “power button” on your Xbox Series X for at least 10 seconds.
  2. Once your console has turned off, unplug the Mains Lead power cable and wait for another 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the “Xbox” button.

If your Series X is still stuck on the Xbox Logo, then try the next method.

Perform an Offline System Update

The Xbox Offline System Update (OSU) updates your console by downloading a particular file to a USB Flash drive. You can then install that file directly to your Xbox Series X. Remove the External Drive from Xbox Series X
